About the Job:


Responsible for the coordination and completion of application projects. Identifies and coordinates improvement opportunities, enhancements and redesign in order to accomplish greater efficiency. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provide advanced level support and supports other analysts as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Performs applications implementation through analysis, design, testing, and evaluation
  • Works with clinical operations to identify and prioritize areas of need through collaboration with staff and department leaders
  • Performs/Participates in systems workflow analysis/evaluation to facilitate process re-engineering
  • Participates in process design and development on new applications as well as enhancements to existing systems
  • Develops system test plans, creates test data, and evaluates results with user department(s) and others
  • Evaluate, test and present models with design alternatives to ensure department workflow requirements are met
  • Promotes technology to enhance the delivery of patient care through education, role modeling, quality improvement, and program development
  • Provides operational ITS systems support and troubleshooting for applications
  • Provide troubleshooting and ensures appropriate resources are engaged to resolve problems
  • Provides consultative services to users and the implementation team on the impact to workflows

Who You Are:

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s degree is Required.
Licensure/certification: Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse Vendor required certification in good standing (or proficiency if vendor accepts) for applications/modules employee is assigned to support. If not currently certified (or proficient) employee will have 6 months from their DOH (Date of Hire) or DOT (Date of Transfer) into a position that requires certification (proficiency) required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
