Responsibilities:- Assist in managing clinical and administrative operations
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinical staff
- Monitor care quality, timeliness, and compliance
- Participate in performance improvement programs

Requirements- RN license
- 5+ years of home health or related healthcare experience
- 2+ years of home health leadership experience.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and home health standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
