Job DescriptionRN Clinical Program Manager for our Stroke Program at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. The Clinical Program Manager RN leads, manages, and has overall accountability for the program. They provide direction to the clinical and operational activities of the program in accordance with Providence Little Company of Mary South Bay Mission and Core Values and strategic goals. The Clinical Program Manager RN will work to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care, that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice." The Clinical Program Manager works with department directors, leaders, and caregivers as the subject matter expert for the program's care and quality. They assist nursing, medical providers and ancillary staff in providing quality care outcomes for the care of patients. The Clinical program manager monitors program's bundle performance, and tracks and reports quality measures and the impact of care delivery. They lead the interdisciplinary teams to excellence and continuous quality improvement. They will also support efforts in error reporting and reduction, physician and nurse support, enrichment, and satisfaction by identifying needs and building action plans.
The Clinical Program Manager possesses clinical knowledge related to the recognition, care and treatment and brings a cohesive element to care, providing support with assuring the provision of comprehensive care management, and providing education for staff, patients and families. They will also maintain and monitor data in compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and relevant quality and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
The Clinical Program Manager works closely with the Executive Director of Nursing to strategically align priorities that support ministry goals.
Required qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire or
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire or
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire or
- New Mexico Registered Nurse License
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire or
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire or
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Certification in area of specialty within 1 year of hire
- 5 years of Clinical Registered Nursing experience in acute care setting.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's Degree and Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program
- 1 year of Experience in leadership role.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
