As the RN Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, mentor and support team members, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality resident care. You'll join a team that is supportive, collaborative, and committed to excellence.
What You'll Do - Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing staff

What We're Looking For - Current, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families
