Job Summary

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts; on call rotation

The RN Clinical Coordinator develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator to join our Endoscopy Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality endoscopy services.

This role includes but is not limited to:
  • Coordinate the daily clinical operations of the Endoscopy Unit, provide strong clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and clinical staff, coordinate staffing, patient flow, room assignments, and daily workflow.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the team, and help create a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • The candidate must be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment and have flexibility and willingness to participate in required on-call coverage.
