Salary Range: $92,493.52 - $125,138.10 per year
How you'll make an impact in this roleAssist in directing services, workflow and resources for assigned long-term care nursing area.
- Assist in developing, organizing and implementing clinical services and programs.
- Communicate policies, expected outcomes, work routines, and work procedures to clinical staff
- Assist with implementation and evaluation of quality of care including ongoing auditing of quality indicators.
- Assist in monitoring nursing budgets.
- Assist with admissions, discharges and transfer to ensure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations.
- Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
