Full Job Description
We are seeking a proven healthcare operations leader to oversee the administration and supervisor of personnel in the OR, Endoscopy/GI Lab and POC/POH/PACU. In this role, you will be responsible for driving site performance, leading a multi-layered leadership team, and delivering exceptional patient and staff experiences.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment, builds strong physician partnerships, and consistently delivers on quality, safety, and financial outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Department Management:

  • Oversees delivery of services in assigned area and actively works with all members of the department health care team to manage patient care
  • Ensures quality and safety of care and smooth patient flow within department
  • Collaborates with leadership and other business functions in enhancements to clinical care model and operational flow
  • Maintains materials, adequate supplies and equipment in assigned area
  • Maintains an environment of "survey readiness" in assigned area


Personnel Management:

  • Provides regular performance feedback and conducts performance appraisals. Monitors recertification, skill development and performance of the staff. Directs the work of staff, including supervision, hiring, and terminations; determines staffing needs and ensures efficient utilization of staff
  • Participates in patient experience initiatives
  • Along with ASC Educator, oversees and evaluates orientation program of personnel
  • Communicates educational needs of personnel to Director, ASC and ASC Educator
  • Provides education opportunities to increase knowledge of personnel
  • Plans and participates in departmental staff meetings


Policy Management:

  • Develops clinical policy and procedures, and trains to them, in conjunction with ASC Educator. Assists with development of protocols and other related written resource materials appropriate to the needs of the nursing manager's areas of responsibility
  • Communicates, monitors and enforces compliance with policy and procedures in accordance with Standard Occupational Classification (SOC). Works with ASC Director on any non-compliance issues
  • Maintains current knowledge of the technological development in instrumentation and equipment

  • Meets regularly with leadership
  • Assists in budget preparation and resolving variances

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Maintain current WA DOH Registered Nurse Licensure
  • BLS Certification and ACLS certification
  • 2+ years clinical experience in a ambulatory surgery center, perioperative services, OR, GI/Endoscopy, or PACU and 2+ years leadership experience


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
