RMF Cyber Analyst OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for an RMF Cyber Analyst position to support our Army customer in San Antonio, Texas.
Position Description: The successful candidate will provide Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber Security support of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by an information technology (IT) system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls in accordance with NIST 800-53. Work with the team to review RMF Packages for completeness and technical accuracy. Assess documented designs for compliance with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and DOD related policies for on premise and cloud-based solutions. Reviews assessment documentation.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree, however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree
- 3+ Years of Experience in technical IT, Networking, Cyber, and/or RMF related work.
- Knowledge of IA policies, procedures and deliverables, including NIST, RMF, and FISMA
- CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
Desired but not Required Skills:- Understanding of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and implementation of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- Understanding of the Cyber Security and Information Assurance requirements as described in the DOD 5205.13 and DOD 8510.01
- Computing Environment certification (Windows 10, Linux +, Etc.)
Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline, however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
