Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and create robust reinforcement learning (RL) environments that mimic real-world scenarios.
• Develop and optimize agents for designated tasks within these environments until they are fully production-ready.
• Collaborate with research teams to identify and prioritize future RL environment needs.
• Manage backend systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability of the environments.
• Establish engineering best practices for a newly formed RL team as the organization scales.
