Position Overview:The Project Management, Senior role will be part of the Risk Strategy Execution team within the Single-Family Acquisitions Credit Risk Management Division!
Our Impact:The Single-Family Credit Risk Management Risk Strategy Execution team is responsible for:
Partnering with business areas and their executive and management-level leadership in identifying, prioritizing, planning, delivering, and reporting on mission-based programs and initiatives.
Your Impact:Responsibilities include:
- Support the Model Business Owner and team in implementing model priorities, and objectives
- Plan and provide timely updates to all model deliverables that are part of regular reporting to senior management and others
- Work closely with MBO/MDO teams and other stakeholders across 1st and 2nd lines to ensure regular follow-ups, tracking, reporting and escalation of all project activities
- Deliver timely results for project initiatives and other ad-hoc activities
- Support model exams, audits and findings in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to make project management more effective and efficient
- Leverage AI-powered productivity tools in daily work to enhance productivity, innovation, and efficiency
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to take ownership and collaborate with diverse group of partners
- Preferred: Prior reporting and/or risk governance experience, knowledge of credit risk management and mortgage finance concepts

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
