We are seeking a
Risk Management Support Task Lead to join our team. You will manage onsite cybersecurity deliverables and ensure alignment with the Government functional lead throughout all assessment and engineering activities. You will lead teams performing RMF, ISSE, and vulnerability management work while applying expert knowledge of DoD cybersecurity tools and standards. This position is onsite in Scott AFB, IL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- OnSite Deliverable Management & Coordination: Manage all onsite deliverables and maintain continuous coordination with the Government functional lead to ensure tasks meet mission and compliance requirements.
- Cybersecurity Team Leadership: Lead teams executing Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE), security control assessments, and vulnerability management activities within DoD environments. Provide direction, oversight, and technical guidance to ensure highquality execution.
- RMF Application & Compliance Oversight: Apply deep expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD systems, ensuring accurate documentation, control validation, and alignment with federal cybersecurity standards.
- Technical Tool Proficiency & Security Analysis: Utilize tools such as eMASS, ACAS, and DISA STIGs to assess controls, document compliance, and support authorization packages. Conduct advanced security analysis using validated DoD cybersecurity processes and toolsets.
Required Qualifications:- Possess an active DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III certification (e.g., CISM, CISSP).
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading teams in Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE), security control assessment, and vulnerability management within the DoD. Expertise in the application of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD systems.
- Demonstrated experience with tools such as eMASS, ACAS, and DISA STIGs.
Preferred Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study.
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- An active DoD Secret clearance.
