We are seeking a
Program Manager to join our team. You will oversee the execution and performance of all contract tasks, ensuring work standards, staffing, and schedules align with organizational and government requirements. You will act as a key liaison to government leadership while guiding teams to meet mission, policy, and quality expectations. This position is onsite in Scott AFB, IL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Government & Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary point of interaction with Government management personnel to support contract oversight, performance updates, and issue resolution.
- Workforce Management & Staffing Oversight: Lead staffing efforts across all tasks and ensure personnel are properly assigned, supported, and aligned with contract priorities.
- Work Standards & Quality Assurance: Formulate, communicate, and enforce work standards that ensure consistent, highquality output across the team. Review work discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to maintain performance expectations.
- Scheduling & Task Coordination: Assign schedules, manage timelines, and oversee the sequencing of activities to ensure efficient and effective task execution.
- Leadership Communication & Alignment: Communicate policies, organizational goals, and mission priorities to team members to maintain alignment and ensure shared understanding across the workforce.
Required Qualifications:- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A minimum of five (5) years of related experience
- Expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, network, and communications subsystems
- Demonstrated skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
- Demonstrated experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet Government mission requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts
Preferred Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study.
- Experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization, such the military or other large Government organization. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
- C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- An active DoD Secret clearance.
