The Risk Management and General Counsel will be responsible for leading the organization's risk management and legal functions across Five-S Group and its subsidiaries. This strategic role protects the company's legal, financial, and operational interests by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This position partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, safeguard company assets, and enable sustainable business growth. This is a full-time position that will office in Baton Rouge, LA and report to the SVP of Administration and Human Resources.
