Full Job Description

We’re seeking someone to join our Governance, Regulatory, and Client Engagement (GRCE) group as a RFI Risk Analyst to be responsible for the external clients’ due diligence Requests for Information (RFI) process. This includes coordinating technology related clients’ inquiries, external audit requests, as well as ad hoc requests for information and meetings.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Risk & Resiliency Management III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience in the face of potential threats or disruptions that could impact the organization, plus management of ongoing incidents.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Record RFI requests received and confirm receipt with requestors in a timely manner.
  • Analyze incoming requests and determine whether responses can be fulfilled through the standard RFI repository or require engagement with Technology & Data subject matter experts.
  • Mobilize and coordinate technology response efforts by identifying impacted stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and driving response preparation activities.
  • Collaborate with Technology & Data SMEs to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses to technology-focused client requests.
  • Prepare and maintain RFI status reports, trackers, and communications for complex and high-profile requests.
  • Review and quality assure responses to ensure they are complete, accurate, and responsive to client requirements.
  • Liaise with Technology Legal to obtain approval for new or updated client response content.
  • Assemble final submissions, populate client-provided templates, and maintain the central RFI response repository with approved updates.
  • Support the annual review and refresh of standard RFI content to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in technology risk management and information security risk concepts and practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Technology & Data and business units through strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understanding of technology concepts, IT environments, and technical terminology.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis, exercise sound judgment, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving responses in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP, or equivalent technology risk credential is desirable.
  • Experience in technology risk and controls is desirable.
