We are looking for a strong system architect and technical leader to lead development teams within the Electronic Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area. You will be responsible for the execution of RF system activities for the Compass Call Program.

Required Skills and Education
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.
- Experience leading software or systems program teams.
- Top Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience
- Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with Software Defined Radio Technology.
- Experience with RF System design, development and deployment.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience developing systems for countermeasure and electronic attack solutions products, including electro-optic sensors and systems.
- Strong communication skills
- Software architecture experience
- Embedded software development
- Full lifecycle development experience
- System data analysis experience
