(Version FR suivra)About the roleAs a RevOps Partner on our Customer Success team, reporting to Justin, our Head of Sales & CS, you help Vasco clients design, implement, and evolve their revenue systems from onboarding through early scale. You work directly with senior client stakeholders, often the people who own the revenue number, so part of the job is earning their trust and guiding their decisions with credibility.
We are open to candidates at different levels, including senior; twelve months in, you are independently delivering implementations that create reliable time to value and customer relationships the team can count on.
What you will do- Vasco Product Implementations: Lead or support Vasco implementations from onboarding through post-go-live optimization, scaled to the complexity of each engagement.
- Requirements translation: Turn ambiguous client business requirements into scalable revenue workflows across Vasco and their CRM.
- CRM architecture: Configure Vasco and design or improve CRM structures so the two integrate cleanly.
- Diagnostics and audits: Run CRM audits that surface gaps and produce practical, prioritized improvements.
- Senior stakeholder advisory: Advise senior client stakeholders directly, in business reviews and working sessions, with analysis they can act on and present upward.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client engagements
- Product feedback loop: Feed implementation learnings and client insights back to Product and Customer Success to shape how we better solve client challenges
What we're looking for- Revenue engine experience. You've worked in GTM, Ops, or RevOps, with a real grasp of how revenue functions, handoffs, and metrics fit together. SaaS experience is a strong proxy.
- CRM builder. You've built and audited in a modern CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) at an admin or advanced power-user level, including workflows, configuration, and reporting.
- Senior-stakeholder credibility. You've earned trust with senior client stakeholders through clarity and composure.
- Requirements translation. You can turn vague requirements into structured, actionable plans.
- Direct client diagnosis. You've diagnosed problems directly with clients and explained tradeoffs clearly.
- Multi-engagement delivery. You've managed multiple client engagements at once.
What'll make you stand out- Bilingual. You're fluent in English and French.
- Revenue metrics fluency. You know your way around pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion-funnel metrics (and other SaaS Metrics)
- BI / analytics. You've designed or maintained BI dashboards or analytics workflows.
- Early-stage GTM exposure. You've supported early-stage or scaling companies through evolving GTM systems.
Where we workThis position is hybrid - three days in-person per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) at WeWork Place Ville-Marie in downtown Montreal.
