Full Job Description
We're big believers in the power of IRL, so for most roles we ask Campers to work from their local Culture Amp office an average of 2 days a week to unlock connection, pace and culture together.

How you can help make a better world of work

Culture Amp's revenue engine runs on deals that close cleanly and on data that's easy to trust. As a Revenue Specialist on our Revenue Operations team, you'll help make sure every closed-won deal in Salesforce actually holds up: right terms, right approvals, right paperwork.

You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and Revenue Operations to keep deals moving and to catch small issues before they become big ones, learning the ins and outs of our quote-to-cash process along the way. It's a great role for someone early in their RevOps or Sales Ops career who's genuinely curious about how a sales org works end to end, and who takes real satisfaction in getting the details right.

You will
  • Audit closed-won deals in Salesforce to confirm commercial terms, approvals, pricing, products, contract details and documentation are accurate and complete, and route errors back to the deal owner for correction
  • Work hands-on in DealHub CPQ: help reps build and troubleshoot quotes, learn to read and explain approval and validation logic, and understand how quote configuration flows through to the Service Order and into Salesforce
  • Own and resolve day-to-day Deal Desk tickets in Salesforce, applying documented commercial policy to give Sales clear, practical guidance on structuring compliant agreements
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Finance, Legal and Revenue Operations to resolve deal issues and keep opportunities moving
  • Help spot recurring deal-quality issues and process gaps, flagging patterns to your manager and Revenue Operations leadership, and contribute ideas for improving Deal Desk workflows - escalating any system configuration work to GTM Systems and our Quote-to-Cash Systems Lead

You have
  • 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar role supporting a SaaS sales organisation
  • A working understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process: opportunity management, approvals, pricing, contracting and handoff to downstream teams
  • A track record of reviewing sales transactions with attention to detail, sound judgement and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Strong Salesforce skills, including managing tickets, reviewing opportunity data and keeping sales records accurate and complete
  • Good business partnering and communication skills, comfortable explaining policy clearly and resolving issues with a customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with a CPQ platform such as DealHub, Salesforce CPQ or similar; you don't need to be an expert, but you're comfortable enough to configure a quote, diagnose why one is stuck, and know when to loop in a system owner

You are
  • Curious and detail-oriented, comfortable digging into data to spot patterns
  • Organized, with a good instinct for following the right process without overcomplicating things
  • A natural collaborator who's comfortable working across Sales, Finance and Legal, and asking questions when something's unclear
