Calabrio is looking for a Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations Program Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness within the sales organization by managing programs, processes, and tools that support revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of sales programs.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and manage key sales initiatives and cross-functional programs from planning to execution (e.g., CRM optimization, territory planning, quota setting, sales process improvements).
  • Partner with leadership to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with enablement teams to ensure tools, training, and content are aligned with sales goals and adopted by the field.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program/Project Management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tech stack tools (e.g., Clari, Excel).
  • Strong project management skills and experience with methodologies like Agile or PMP certification (a plus).
