The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Sales Director is to create and execute a regional sales plan focused on company Software sales activity through direct sales. Prospect within the Enterprise market, develop pipeline, and close active opportunities.
Participate in special projects providing customer and product feedback with cross - functional teams to improve company products. Provide critical incident response and proactive management of company escalations.
Help the company advance the software to the next level of quality and scalability by designing, implementing, and creating tools, automating manual processes, automating functional tests, and helping drive scalability in the most efficient way.
Provide functional support to the HR and Finance teams, lead the analysis and business case development for interfaces, enhancements and process changes and drive the testing and acceptance of changes.
The Strategic WFO Analytics Consultant is responsible for supporting sales on strategic customer engagements with a strong focus on Analytics to include; Speech to Text, Phonetics, Desktop, Text and Machine Learning.
