Plan testing efforts, develop, maintain, and execute test scripts, database validation, install testing, software and web testing; participate in all phases of a project, from user story review, design, demos to final system testing and launch.
Provide 24 X 7 operations for CalabrioCloud Services, Disaster Recovery, Scanning and Archiving, Data Repository, and Remote Operations Services Develop and oversee Network Operations, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem/Escalation Management, Configuration Management and Change Management Processes for all CalabrioCloud Services.
Define and manage the QA projects across multiple concurrent product releases; partner with appropriate teams to ensure continuous improvement to the quality of test cases and close the gap in test coverage.
The WFM Support Engineer works directly with customers and partners providing hands-on training, support, change management and best practices; responsible for assisting with escalated and/or complex issues.
