Revenue Operations Program Delivery Team Leader

Job Description
This role will drive the deployment and ongoing success of our North America revenue operations strategic initiatives, and transformation programs. This team leader will play a pivotal role as we mature our WoW through consistent, fit for purpose frameworks that set out "how" we deliver across our team, including governance structures and process rigor.
Working closely with the Director, Revenue Operations Program Delivery, you'll lead a team of Program Delivery Mangers to orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs spanning cross-functional teams and multiple business units.
By bringing governance, structure, and momentum to critical initiatives across our NA RevOps organization, this role will be the connective force leading program managers in ensuring that every milestone is met, every dependency is managed, and every stakeholder stays aligned.
This is a Hybrid position based on-site three days per week in NA based office.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Organize and facilitate roadmap planning workshops/sessions for initiatives within North America Revenue Operations team.
• Lead phased roll-out of prioritized initiatives across North America Revenue Operations, supporting go-to-market teams using a structured deployment model.
• Manage the day-to-day coordination of cross-functional workstreams and delivery milestones.
• Support program governance, tracking, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and communication across teams.
• Drive consistency in execution across Revenue Operation, working with central and North America regional teams.
• Build and manage lightweight tools and dashboards to track delivery status and team performance.
• Work closely with leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and align resources accordingly.
• Facilitate regional alignment workshops, status reviews, and cadence check-ins.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
• Resolve cross-functional process ownership issues, dependencies, and delivery risks.

Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Revenue Operations Program Delivery Managers.
• Foster a collaborative environment where business discovery, process design, and automation are delivered as an integrated capability.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, delivery standards, and career development plans for team members.
• Mentor team members on program delivery methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and techniques for agile delivery.
• Conduct performance management, business continuity planning, and continuous upskilling activities.
• Own the revenue operations program delivery roadmap for North America.
• Provide strategic direction for framework optimization, and program delivery activities.
• Review and validate program plans, executive status reports, and risk & impact assessments.

Stakeholder Partnership
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Revenue Operations leadership and business stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, Business Systems, IT, Product, and Data teams.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by presenting recommendations, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.

What You'll Bring:
Must have:
• 8-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategic Program Management, Product Ops, or Business Transformation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of operationalizing large-scale programs.
• Experience managing program delivery with multiple stakeholders and matrixed teams.
• Comfort working at pace with ambiguity; able to prioritize, escalate, and drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; trusted by stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate and actively mitigate delivery risks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with global program delivery across regions or business units.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exposure to forecasting, planning, analytics, or performance management processes in GTM or RevOps.
• Product operations background highly desirable.
