About the RoleWe are looking for a Revenue Operations and Enablement Lead to own the information engine behind Skan's go-to-market team - and to turn what that engine reveals into both smarter automation and sharper enablement.
Concretely: you own CRM data quality because clean data is the foundation of our revenue engine. You own pipeline intelligence because it tells you where deals stall, where reps struggle, and where an agentic workflow or a piece of enablement would actually move the number. You own the sales methodology and process because intelligence is only useful against a defined standard. And you own the voice of the field - win/loss themes, rep feedback, call recordings - because reps see things the data doesn't. You take all four inputs and route them to the right output: a new or improved agentic workflow, or a targeted enablement asset, program, or coaching plan.
The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience spanning revenue/sales operations and sales enablement at a B2B SaaS company, is hands-on with CRM administration and pipeline analysis, and is comfortable moving fluidly between reading what the data and the field are saying and building the workflow or training that responds to it.
Key ResponsibilitiesData & CRM Hygiene- Own CRM data quality - field completeness, validation rules, and pipeline stage discipline - as the foundation everything else depends on.
- Run ongoing data hygiene audits and remediation, and build the training that keeps reps compliant with data standards.
- Partner with Sales and Systems/IT to prioritize CRM and tooling improvements that improve data reliability.
Pipeline Intelligence- Analyze pipeline data to surface where deals stall, where reps consistently struggle, and where deal patterns diverge from the defined process.
- Translate those patterns into specific recommendations: where an agentic workflow should be built or improved, and where enablement should intervene.
- Maintain a standing view of pipeline health that Sales, Enablement, and Systems can all work from.
Sales Methodology & Process- Own and continuously refine Skan's sales methodology and stage-by-stage process.
- Ensure the process is the standard that pipeline intelligence is measured against and that agentic workflows and enablement content are built to reinforce.
- Partner with Marketing to build and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides, and deal-specific playbooks that reflect the current process.
Voice of the Field- Systematically capture what data alone can't show - win/loss themes, rep feedback, call recordings, and manager input - on where reps struggle and why.
- Feed field input back into pipeline intelligence and process design so both reflect what's actually happening with customers, not just what the CRM shows.
- Close the loop with reps and managers on what changed as a result of their feedback.
Agentic Workflow & Enablement Design- Build and maintain agentic workflows that automate and monitor the revenue process, prioritized by what data, pipeline intelligence, and field voice surface as highest-impact.
- Design and deliver targeted enablement assets, training, and coaching plans that directly address the root causes identified across the four inputs above.
- Measure whether each agentic workflow or enablement intervention actually moved the metric that triggered it, and retire or iterate on what doesn't work.
Onboarding & Product Enablement- Own and continuously improve Skan's sales onboarding program, including product knowledge, ICP/personas, sales process, competitive positioning, and tools.
- Own new-hire certification: define what "ramped" means and measure time-to-first-deal and time-to-quota.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to translate product releases into rep-ready training and certification.
Partner Motion Enablement & Coaching- Train reps on how, when, and why to engage GSI, consulting, and advisory partners in deals, partnering with the Partnerships team on co-sell playbooks.
- Deliver ongoing coaching for reps and frontline managers, including call reviews, deal reviews, and role-plays.
- Identify skill gaps through win/loss analysis, call recordings, and manager feedback, and build targeted training to close them.
Key Metrics for Success- CRM Data Quality: Field completeness, pipeline stage accuracy, and data hygiene audit scores.
- Process Adherence: Rep and deal alignment to the defined sales methodology and stage-by-stage process.
- Field Feedback Loop Closure: Percentage of significant field-reported issues that result in a tracked workflow or enablement change.
- Agentic Workflow Adoption & Impact: Adoption rate of automated workflows and measurable time/cycle savings in the revenue process.
- Time-to-Productivity: Average ramp time for new reps to close their first deal and reach full quota capacity.
- Win Rate & Quota Attainment: Improvement in win rate and rep quota attainment tied to rev ops and enablement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile- 5-7 years of experience spanning revenue/sales operations and sales enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience administering a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and analyzing pipeline data to surface actionable patterns.
- Experience owning or shaping a sales methodology and stage-by-stage process (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or similar).
- Track record of systematically capturing field feedback (win/loss, call recordings, rep input) and translating it into process, workflow, or enablement change.
- Experience building or deploying automated/agentic workflows within a revenue organization strongly preferred.
- Proven track record building an onboarding program from scratch, including measurable improvements in ramp time.
- Comfortable moving between data/process analysis and hands-on training and coaching - this role does both.
- Process intelligence, agentic AI, RPA, or automation domain experience a plus.
