Job Description Summary:

The Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing is the dedicated analytical expert responsible for optimizing our marketing investment and measuring the effectiveness of the entire demand funnel. This role focuses on developing attribution models, analyzing campaign performance (ROI, CPL, Conversion Rates), and providing actionable insights to Marketing leaders to improve pipeline contribution and overall GTM efficiency.

Your Role:
  • Campaign & Program Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the ROI, efficiency, and effectiveness of all marketing programs, channels, and campaigns (digital, content, events, etc.).
  • Demand Funnel Optimization: Analyze conversion rates across every stage of the marketing and sales funnel, identifying key friction points and providing recommendations to accelerate velocity from Inquiry to Closed Won.
  • Marketing Technology & Data Integrity: Ensure accurate tracking and data quality within core marketing systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics) and their integration with Salesforce, working with the DX team as needed.
  • Attribution Modeling: Develop, maintain, and report on multi-touch attribution models to accurately credit marketing influence and investment across the customer journey.
  • Marketing Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Collaborate with Marketing leadership to forecast pipeline contribution, demand targets, and provide data to inform budget allocation decisions.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards that clearly visualize key marketing KPIs (MQL volume, CPL, pipeline contribution) for leadership and tactical teams.


Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation Analytics, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from major Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution methodologies.
  • Direct experience with Domo for BI development.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for querying large datasets and building data models.
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Looker).
