About the Role

Sitting at the center of the post-sales ecosystem, the Senior Renewals Operations Manager ensures that renewals execution, seller workflows, customer-facing processes, and performance insights operate as a cohesive system - aligned with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Sales. This role brings together people, data, process, and technology - including AI-driven capabilities - to improve renewal outcomes, predictability, and scale. It carries significant executive visibility and influence across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership with Renewals Leadership - Serve as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations; deliver executive-ready insights and support MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.

Renewals Operating Model & Rhythm of Business - Own the end-to-end renewals operating model and cadence; define and track globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals.

Seller Experience & Productivity - Own and continuously improve the Renewals Account Manager experience; reduce operational friction and increase time spent in high-value customer interactions.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Change Management - Drive coordination on cross-functional initiatives; champion disciplined change management to ensure high adoption of new processes and tools across regions.

Data, Insights & AI-Driven Execution - Leverage analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability, identify churn risk, surface expansion signals, and reduce manual work for sellers and leaders.

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

$141,700-$263,000 USD

Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area)

$129,800-$241,100 USD

Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona

$118,100-$219,200 USD

Zone 4: All other US locations
