Revenue Enablement Manager - SDR Organization

The Revenue Enablement Manager will support our global Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization as part of the Revenue Enablement team. This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing training programs and enablement initiatives that drive SDR effectiveness, confidence, and performance.

We're looking for a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented enablement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about early-career sales development, understands the SDR motion, and is skilled at delivering engaging learning experiences that translate to measurable impact.
What You'll Do
  • Own SDR Enablement Programs: Design and deliver core enablement programs for our SDRs (inbound and outbound), including onboarding, skill development, and reinforcement.
  • Facilitate High-Impact Training: Lead engaging live and asynchronous sessions focused on prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, value messaging, and product education.
  • Partner with SDR Leadership: Work closely with SDR managers and leaders to identify performance gaps, align on key initiatives, and reinforce coaching and development across teams.
  • Develop and Maintain Sales Content: Create and manage enablement assets (talk tracks, sales plays, call frameworks, certifications) that support execution and drive consistency.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Marketing, RevOps, and GTM teams to ensure SDRs are enabled on the latest campaigns, processes, and product changes.
  • Track, Measure, and Improve: Monitor the effectiveness of enablement programs through performance data, feedback, and adoption metrics - and continuously iterate to improve results.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of combined experience in sales enablement, sales development, or GTM roles supporting SDR or early-career sales teams
  • A strong understanding of the SDR function and what drives high performance in an inbound/outbound motion
  • Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with peers and leaders across the business
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong knowledge of sales technologies, processes, and best practices. Preference given to candidates with knowledge/previous experience with tools like Salesforce, Allego, ZoomInfo and Seismic
  • Proven expertise in training best practices and experience delivering training through various methods, to large groups at one time (online, in-person, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, combining the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
