Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare billing or accounts receivable experience, ideally with automated systems like EPIC Resolute.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, alongside knowledge of medical billing and coding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 codes and revenue codes is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational capabilities required.
• Familiarity with insurance contracts, billing regulations, and medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle processes to identify improvement areas.
• Prepare and generate regular reports from billing and patient accounting systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and standards.
• Support management with insights derived from financial data analysis.
• Assist in training staff on billing procedures and software usage.
