Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to support billing operations and revenue analysis across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining billing data integrity, and delivering actionable insights into revenue performance. The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor with analytical expertise and has experience working with billing systems and financial data.

Billing Operations
  • Manage and support end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation
  • Monitor billing cycles, identify issues, and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with contract terms
  • Maintain and improve billing processes and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure data integrity across billing systems, CRM, and ERP platforms

Revenue Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze revenue performance across customers, products, and segments to identify trends and risks
  • Build and maintain recurring revenue reports with actionable insights
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A
  • Reconcile billing and revenue data across systems to ensure completeness and accuracy

Month-End Close & Compliance
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to billing and revenue
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC 606 alignment)
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation and analysis
  • Maintain documentation of billing policies and procedures

Systems & Process Improvement
  • Support enhancements and automation of billing and reporting systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and reporting consistency

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in billing operations, revenue analysis, or financial operations
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue drivers

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 61,500.00 - 102,700.00
