Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on Non-Qualified compensation plans.
  • Administer and interpret Retirement Plans effectively.
  • Act as a liaison for contributions and administrative requests between beneficiaries, participants, and the plan administrator.
  • Research and support employee benefits administration.
  • Engage with external vendors to manage programs for high-earning employees.

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Work with Non-Qualified plans and Executive Leadership for compensation plans.
  • Experience with Retirement Plan interpretation and administration
  • Serves as a liaison between beneficiaries and participants and the plan administrator, handling or facilitating requests for contribution adjustments, refunds, and other administrative changes.
  • Researches and assists in the administration of employee benefits.
  • Collaborates with external vendors in order to administer and manage programs for highly-compensated employees .
  • Strong defined contribution plan and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation plans.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Non-Qualified Deferred compensation plans are required
  • Retirement Plan interpretation and administration
  • Communication experience with Executive-level associates
