• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations across five business pillars
• Train and coach staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Engage in floor leadership for 80% of the workweek
• Oversee the entire employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
• Drive store profitability through team involvement in sales targets
• Manage scheduling and hours with a strong focus on guest and employee experiences
• Build community partnerships for brand awareness and engagement
• Oversee product and inventory management processes
• Utilize company tools for strategic store planning and results accountability
• Conduct weekly leadership meetings to share brand updates
