Job Summary: The role of the Multi-Unit Store Manager is to lead all retail & rental operations at Stevens Pass, including Rental Center, The Edge Tune & Repair Shop, and Fall Line Sports. This Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for onboarding of all employees, training of staff, scheduling to visitation trends, performance management of the team, guest and employee experience, achieving success with revenue targets and financial budgets, and supporting/leading resort initiatives and enterprise priorities.

Job Responsibilities: - Oversee both day & night store operations for all three retail & rental locations at Stevens Pass: Rental Center (staff size 60), Tune-Repair (staff size: 4) & Fall Line Sports (staff size 10)
- Partner closely with Food & Beverage, Mountain Operations, Base Operations, Skier Services, Ski School, Marketing, Nordic Center & other resort teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Demonstrate a One-Team mindset by supporting resort-wide initiatives, guest experience enhancements, special events & peak operational periods
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships by collaborating with resort leadership, support departments, and operational teams to align priorities, solve problems, and support business objectives
- Serve as a member of the Resort Leadership Team (RLT)
- Align with department/divisional & resort leadership to solicit/receive feedback on store performance & staff/leadership effectiveness, and implement continuous improvements on opportunities
- Review and document employee performance and behavior and provide meaningful feedback for improvement and/or recognition
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop and maintain a high performing team
- Generate sales, and manage operational budgets by balancing labor margins with store revenue
- Demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
- Manage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
- Role model and administer company values, policies & procedures, and loss prevention techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized & safe working environment, including "own your area" maintenance upkeep (e.g. snow-removal & interior/exterior facility upkeep)
- Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products
- Maintain retail merchandising standards

Job Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- College degree or military experience equivalent (preferred)
- 3+ years of rental/retail supervisor and/or hospitality experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays & weekends
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
The expected pay range is $80,168.40 - $84,000.00 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
