Full Job Description
We are seeking a Job Captain to join our team at our Cupertino client site. This key role will develop design solutions and create prototypes that align with the client's brand while maintaining quality across all retail platforms.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.

What You'll do
  • Maintain and contribute to comprehensive Retail Design Standards through prototypical construction documents, specifications, design guidance, product standards, shop drawings, BIM content, and supporting tools
  • Collaborate on design initiatives and develop strategies to streamline integration into Retail Design Standards and implementation platforms
  • Coordinate with Retail Design Standards consultants and partners to deliver high-quality, consistent design solutions
  • Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables across workstreams, and proactively identify issues to maintain schedule integrity
  • Support the development of BIM content, cloud-based documentation platforms, and related tools used across the Standards program

Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit preferred), cloud-based platforms, and collaborative workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams
  • Experience in architecture, construction, retail, hospitality, or branded environments


Nice to Have
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements in drawing production and team workflows
  • Experience working within a multi-office, cross-time-zone firm structure
