Your Responsibilities:

  • Innovate, build, and own programs that have a measurable impact on employee and customer experience and inclusion at Brooks.
  • Obtain stakeholder engagement and partner with key leaders to ensure successful execution of retail programs; identify, develop, and leverage key champions throughout the organization.
  • Drive operational excellence through clearly maintained detailed project plans, documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Establish and lead project management plans for new store openings that can be easily repeatable, including cross-functional coordination and tracking, office supplies, vendor set-up, personnel coordination, planning and tracking.
  • Partner with Retail store management during new store openings, ensuring a consistent experience.
  • Manage the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Community Programs, working alongside all Senior Retail Community Marketing Specialists nationwide.
  • Lead the strategy, communication, and operational rhythm of Associate Incentive Programs.
  • Develop and execute Promotional Programs aligned with marketing campaigns, retail priorities, and seasonal plans.
  • Oversee program budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ongoing direct cross-functional alignment across all internal teams including Retail, Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and field teams to ensure program success.
  • Define program KPIs, track performance to ensure we are meeting our goals, and use data to identify trends and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Champion Brooks values in every program touchpoint to strengthen brand loyalty and partner relationships.
  • Innovate new processes and tools that improve program visibility, consistency, and retailer engagement.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience developing or improving processes, with a high degree of initiative and comfort diving into the details
  • Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products or other departments' operations and/or morale; "connecting the dots"
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust, resulting in effective working relationships across the stores and company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another
  • Passionate participation in Brooks' sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community
  • Embraces and lives the Brooks values!
