Full Job Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving Cartier market share and brand presentation for Retail Partners in the Northeast Region.

Geographic Responsibility: Northeast

Key Responsibilities:

Own regional business performance by connecting results to the actions and behaviors that drive them, sharing learnings and adapting plans to continuously improve performance.

Reach sell-out, market share, and sell-in objectives.

  • Ensure an elevated presentation of Cartier VM and SDP in each store under supervision.


  • Leverage cross functional expertise and business insights to build clear, measurable action plans for each retailer.


  • Analyze sell out, market share and key KPIs to identify opportunities, understand root causes and establish priorities.


  • Measure the impact of actions, capture learning, and adjust plans based on results.


Maximize the impact of each POS visit.

  • Preparation: Check store status against prior commitments, analyze KPIs (sell-out, stock on-hand, assortment relevance, client satisfaction results, training status).


During the visit:

  • Observe/identify/learn the specific behaviors influencing business and client outcomes.


  • Partner with the retailer to understand root causes and identify opportunities.


  • Recognize and reinforce behaviors that are driving positive results.


After the visit:

  • Recap 1-3 clear priorities and commitments, with owners and measures of success.


  • Follow up on progress and determine what worked, what did not and what should be adjusted.


Leverage Cartier experts in client demand creation

  • Sales/ merchandising: Partner with them to ensure the dealers have the right assortment, declare in due time, and manage their replenishment accurately.


  • Marketing: Build in-store animation for product launches, including product training, incentives, and community animation.


  • Communication: Invite retailers to contribute to co-op communication strategies tailor-made to their client profiles.


  • SDP & VM: Collaborate to yield the best visibility from the Cartier location


  • Learning & Transformation: Design an annual training action plan (targeted team trained, ambassador program).


  • CRM & Events: Design a comprehensive action plan (co-op e-CRM, e-partner program, retailer- or Cartier-initiated events, etc.).


  • Identify successful practices and scale learnings.


Actively prospect store opening opportunities

  • Use market, client, and competitive insights to identify and prioritize new opportunities.


  • Develop a clear business case and recommendations for potential openings in partnership with Regional and Corporate leadership.


Play an active role on the Regional Team

  • Share key market, client, and competitive insights with the regional team.


  • Identify and share best practices across the region.


  • Build strong partnerships and influence retailers to drive results.


  • Partner with corporate to ensure alignment with NA and International strategy.


  • Maintain strong connection with corporate Retail Partner function (National Account Management) and ensure local execution is consistent with the North America and International RP strategy.


Required Experience:

  • Sales Background


  • Retail (boutique or corporate) facing experience with direct client interaction during market visits and events.


  • Demonstrated ability to engage & host clients both individually and at events


Technical Skills/Abilities

  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills to create mutual value


  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills


  • Ability to work with and influence senior external partners


  • Excellent salesmanship to promote the Maison in multi-brand environment


  • Luxury product and retail sensibility


  • Autonomy


  • Ability to travel as much as 80% of the time


  • Master's degree preferred 2-3 years of experience in key account management in luxury watches, eyewear, fragrance, automotive or cosmetics.


  • Strong watch expertise and knowledge preferred

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000, eligible for bonuses
