Full Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive coaching and training to new Sub-Dealer Partner locations on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess partner performance, provide feedback, and offer additional support as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and resources to support partner development and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between Wireless DNA and our Sub-Dealer Partner locations, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to provide relevant and timely support to partners.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with partners to promote loyalty and long-term success.
  • Min 8 years of experience with exposure to Telecom Industry
  • Focus on Sales Effectiveness across our Partner Channel
  • Training - Sales and Product/System
  • Compliance - reinforce the compliance of process, product, sales, etc.
  • .Responsible to ensure that they have full knowledge of RCI Products and Services and can train the partner staff
  • Is the one point of contact at WDNA for partner (for day-to-day operations)Relationship with DP/Staff as it relates to day-to-day operation Business Review - monthly/quarterly.
