Salary RangeBase Annual Salary Range: $70,600 - $90,825
The posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Essential Duties: - Resolves moderately complex issues in retail branch systems, compares alternative solutions and decides on appropriate approach.
- Reviews business needs of the frontline and support operations; analyzes options, provides alternatives and recommends and assists with implementation of approved solutions
- Responds to staff questions regarding functionality and problems. Troubleshoots to resolve or elevates to IT Business Analyst or software vendor depending on scope and nature of issue. Tracks for resolution.
- Communicates revisions to process and/or best practices to users to avoid future errors and self-correct, if possible.
- Monitors functionality of software systems to identify errors in process, assessment, or documents. Takes corrective actions as needed, elevates to IT Business Analysts or vendor, or makes recommendation to Management as appropriate.
- Assesses impact of new software versions, upgrades, and changes to HSFCU products, forms, and business processes. Develops test plans, test cases and training plans.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience- 2+ years in Financial Retail Operations or related experience.
- Good understanding of branch operations and core financial applications software.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, deposits, loans, teller processing, operations, regulations, products, and services.
- Solid analytical and technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
