Compensation & Pay Options- Starting wage: $43.00-$46.75/hr (experience + shift-based)

A Day in the Life as an RT- Conduct respiratory assessments, oxygen therapy evaluations, and pulse ox monitoring
- Manage ventilator patients, complete vent checks, and support weaning/decannulation
- Perform respiratory treatments (nebs, CPAP/BiPAP, airway clearance, etc.)
- Document assessments, consults, and care plans accurately and promptly
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing and leadership
- Ensure respiratory equipment is properly maintained, stored, and compliant
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning
- Support facility staff with education, in-services, and clinical guidance
Qualifications- CRT or RRT credentials; graduate of AMA-approved respiratory program
- Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license (state of Ohio)
- Valid CPR certification
- Vent certification preferred
- One year of experience preferred; long-term care experience a bonus
- New grads encouraged to apply - mentorship available
