$10K Sign-On Bonus (paid out through first year) + Loan Forgiveness up to $21K!What You'll Do- Provide exceptional respiratory care for adult and NICU patients
- Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures
- Administer medications and educate patients and families
- Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes
- Mentor new teammates and students
What You'll Bring- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum)
- IL Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- RRT within 12 months or CRT if credentialed prior to Jan 1, 2023
- BLS certification (AHA)
