Full Job Description
As our new Resource Geologist/Senior Resource Geologist, you will play an important role on a team whose work is essential to achieving this goal. Our projects encompass a wide spectrum, including geological modeling and resource estimation and reporting for various metals and depositional environments.

Responsibilities
• Perform geological modeling and mineralization domaining in Leapfrog software for diverse metals and depositional environments.
• Complete mineral resource estimates in Leapfrog Edge or other industry standard software for multiple commodities.
• Conduct geological database quality control analysis.
• Perform statistical evaluation of geological data.
• Collaborate with mining engineers, metallurgists, and other disciplines.
• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and reports.
• Provide client support and presentations.
• Contribute to business development efforts to expand our mining sector.

• The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Final agreed upon. compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geoscience. Masters Degree will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in minerals exploration, operations, or resource estimation.
• Significant experience in geomodelling and domaining in Leapfrog software is required.
• Practical experience in geostatistics and estimation methods in Leapfrog Edge preferred.
• Experienced in modelling various commodities in a variety of geological terranes, such as Carlin, porphyry, orogenic and skarn.
• Multi-commodity experience in precious metals and base metals, with gold experience essential.
• Proficiency in Leapfrog software required, familiarity with other mine software such as Vulcan, MinePlan, Datamine, or MicroMine advantageous.
• Experience with drill hole data QAQC.
• Authorship or co-authorship of SK 1300 and/or NI 43-101 Technical Reports, or other CRIRSCO standard reports preferred.
• Professional certifications or organizations (P.Geo, CPG, SME-RM, MMSA), and certification, or ability to be certified as a Qualified Person (QP) is preferred.
• Experience with third party audits, due diligence, and third-party reviews preferred.
• Strong project management skills for handling large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
