Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area
- Educate homeowners on renewable energy solutions and enrollment options
- Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with a wide range of customers
- Follow up with prospective customers and manage your pipeline
- Work toward weekly activity and performance goals
- Participate in daily coaching, training, and team development
- Work independently in the field while remaining accountable to team goals
What You'll Earn
- Weekly pay, uncapped commission structure

- Takes coaching seriously and applies feedback quickly

- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM (including a 1-hour lunch)
