We're searching for a dynamic and experienced outside sales manager to join our growing team and take charge of expanding our customer base. This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build a high-performing B2C field sales team, leading from the front.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the field sales team throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training and development, and HR processes
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Ensuring the development of the employees under your management
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the
- company's customer base
- Maximizing all sales efforts
- Articulately and effectively building rapport while generating new sales and ensuring the best possible customer service experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' prior Outside Sales Leadership or similar experience with a strong performance record in Energy, Solar, Telecommunications, Home Remodeling, Insurance or Automotive.
- Prior managerial background and ability to motivate, develop and coach a field sales team
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Unrivalled interpersonal skill - you're an expert at determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
- Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
Qualifications
Income/Benefit Expectation:
- On-Target Earnings: $120,000 +annually
- Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000
