Description

WANTED: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking to hire a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Manager who shares that passion with us and is looking for a place to grow long-term. This role is responsible for leading our construction operations team and driving execution excellence across multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously.

This is NOT your typical office job.

This is an incredible opportunity to get in early with a company that has ambitious growth goals. We need the right people to make those goals a reality. This position is primarily field-based with occasional meetings over Zoom and in our Miramar office.

You are the one we are looking for if...
  • You are an elite construction operator who can confidently manage multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously without letting quality, timelines, or communication slip.
  • You deeply understand residential construction, project sequencing, and how all moving pieces connect - from demo to final punch.
  • You can read construction plans fluently and proactively identify issues long before they become expensive problems.
  • You naturally think 2-3 weeks ahead, anticipating bottlenecks, delays, and resource constraints before the rest of the team even sees them coming.
  • You communicate clearly, directly, and without drama. You tell the truth, solve problems fast, and keep everyone aligned.
  • You have extreme ownership. No excuses. No finger-pointing. You take responsibility and get things DONE.
  • You are emotionally intelligent and know how to push contractors, vendors, and teammates to higher standards without losing trust or relationships.
  • You are a systems thinker who builds scalable processes instead of constantly firefighting recurring problems.
  • You are energized by the opportunity to help build an elite real estate and construction operation alongside other high-performing A-Players.

Benefits:
  • Health Insurance to keep you covered.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can recharge and come back even stronger.
  • Bonuses tied to performance, ensuring you share in our success.
  • Professional Development Opportunities, including training and weekly personal development sessions to help you grow both personally and professionally.
  • Scholarship Opportunities for ongoing learning and growth.
  • 401(k) plus match to invest in your future.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $150,000+, depending on experience

NOTE:

Please do not apply for this position unless you can prove through documentation that you love and excel in construction. This is a highly coveted position - we will only settle for an A-player.

Don't fear - we take every candidate that follows our instructions VERY seriously and will give you our prompt and undivided attention.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,

Brian Daly, CEO
