Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania
• 1+ year experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or a similar healthcare setting (3+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to model and reinforce cultural values for team engagement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate commitment to serving the senior population
• Current CPR certification and ongoing CEUs for license renewal
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care and wellness programs
• Supervise and support the Resident Services team, including hiring and training
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans meet individual needs
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and departments to coordinate care
• Monitor medication management and ensure documentation accuracy
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies
• Be available on-call for emergencies and provide leadership coverage
