Your opportunity

Janus Henderson manages over $480Bil in AUM across 26 offices globally. With more than 350 investment professionals, our Investment Management department has some of the industry's most talented and innovative thinkers, spanning equities, fixed income, multi-asset, and alternatives. Our investment teams blend insight, originality, and precision, with rigorous analysis, structured processes, and robust risk management. They seek to be at the forefront of anticipating and adapting to change to deliver market-leading, risk-adjusted returns.

You will complete a two-year immersion within our equity research team commencing in Summer 2027. The program is designed to provide you with:
  • Exposure to our sector teams within the equities department with the opportunity to learn how companies and capital markets drive the economy
  • The opportunity to learn the fundamentals of equity research, including quantitative financial analysis and qualitative due diligence, while working alongside some of the best professionals in the industry
  • Training provided as a combination of 'on-the-job' and formal learning. Both soft skills (e.g. presentation skills) and technical skills (e.g. modeling, Bloomberg) will be developed
  • Exposure to a variety of company management teams and general investment team meetings
  • The ability to immediately contribute our investment process and be a valued member of the investment team


Research Associates who excel in the role will be considered for promotion to Associate Analyst upon completion of the program.

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
