Full Job Description
Position Summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Requirements Traceability and Quality Assurance Analyst who will review capability-development processes and requirements data for quality, completeness, and traceability. The analyst will identify gaps and risks, coordinate corrective and preventive actions with stakeholders, and prepare quality-assurance and traceability reports for programme teams and leadership. The role also supports requirements development, repository data quality, configuration and change management, process improvement, and documentation of lessons learned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Research, Program or Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years within the past ten years in requirements engineering or requirements management, including eliciting, capturing, developing, analyzing, and evaluating requirements and managing their traceability, quality, and changes.
  • Experience evaluating requirements traceability across the DOTMLPFI lines of development: doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities, and interoperability.
  • Experience developing requirements, either by authoring them directly or facilitating requirements-development sessions.
  • Experience within the past five years managing requirements under formal configuration-control and change-management processes.
  • Experience within the past five years supporting processes formally certified to ISO 9001.
  • Experience using IBM Rational DOORS Next or an equivalent requirements-management tool.
  • Experience using project-management software such as Jira or Kanban boards to manage project or program work within the past five years.
  • Ability to review requirements and program information for accuracy and traceability, coordinate corrective actions, and produce clear reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaborative software, and online research tools.


Clearance and Licenses Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • An active NATO or national Secret clearance or higher.
  • Must have a valid passport from a NATO member nation without travel restrictions to NATO nations.


Travel Requirements
  • Ability to work on-site in Norfolk, Virginia, and travel to meetings and conferences for up to 30 days per year.
