Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree or an additional four years of relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.

Minimum Experience Required: Five years minimum experience with the Department of Defense. (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC).

Preferred Experience Required: Previous IC analyst experience is highly desired.

Security Clearance: This position requires a TOP SECRET clearance (TS) /Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance.

Security Clearance Desired: TOP SECRET clearance/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Job Description and Tasks:

The contractor shall support the product owners/SMEs on AGILE-based software development principles. Work with product owners/SMEs to gather customer requirements, create associated documentation, and facilitate projects utilizing agile development methodologies. Participate in frequent scrum and synchronization meetings with product owners/SMEs to elicit higher-level requirements and user-defined intelligence challenges directly from the stakeholders/customers. Work with product owners and technical leads to understand developers' requirements to estimate and build solutions. Guide backlog refinement via continual feedback with product owners/SMEs and technical leads to enable accurate representation of stakeholders' needs during this process. Transfer post-meeting items from physical to digital inventory within the centralized hub. The contractor shall manage and organize the overall MARS requirements and make sure they are appropriately passed on to the MARS contractors so they are understandable by the technical developers.
