Full Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a critical modernization initiative. This program involves upgrading a legacy application built on Spring Framework 3.0.5 to the latest version of Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical projects collaborating closely with development teams, and establishing processes that ensure successful modernization.

Key Responsibilities
• Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end planning and execution of the framework modernization program.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment on technical goals and timelines.
• Infrastructure Setup: Design and implement program governance, reporting structures, and tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Status Tracking: Maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential challenges early and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for updates, escalations, and decision-making.
