  • Prioritize Data Domains — Direct MDM investment where it matters most based on business value, regulatory requirements, and strategic impact.

  • Stakeholder Engagement — Build alignment across CRM, underwriting, servicing, analytics, and risk teams around shared MDM data standards, ownership models, and consumption frameworks.

  • Data Governance Partnership — Collaborate with the EDO Data Governance team to define how master data decisions are made, escalated, and enforced enterprise-wide.

  • Backlog & Delivery Management — Actively manage the MDM product backlog through the agile delivery lifecycle, ensuring delivery is tied to LOB use cases and measurable business outcomes. ,

  • Measurement & Optimization — Define and track product SLAs across freshness, accuracy, match confidence, and availability; leverage OKRs and North Star Metrics to drive roadmap priorities and performance. ,

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Product Strategy & Vision — Expertise in defining product vision, roadmaps, and OKRs that align cross-functional teams to business outcomes.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making — Ability to ensure a data-driven approach to prioritize "building the right thing" that maximizes results for both end users and internal business partners.

  • Customer Centricity — Strong ability to implement strategies ensuring LOBs and internal stakeholders have a positive, value-driven experience with MDM products.

  • Technical Acumen — Knowledge of MDM platforms, data integration, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks; ability to design and configure technical aspects of data products. ,

  • Risk & Compliance Awareness — Knowledge of risk management processes and regulatory data requirements (e.g., Basel/RWA) relevant to banking.

  • Agile Delivery — Experience managing product backlogs and driving delivery through agile methodologies.

  • Stakeholder Management — Proven ability to engage and align diverse enterprise stakeholders across business, technology, and governance functions.

  • Performance Measurement — Experience developing and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and North Star Metrics to optimize execution and demonstrate business impact.
