Full Job Description
This role is execution-focused, emphasizing user story definition, backlog management, delivery support, and ensuring solutions meet user needs and quality standards. Within a SAFe agile environment, the Product Manager acts as the day-to-day product authority for their assigned scope, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define clear product requirements and user stories to enable efficient and accurate delivery by engineering teams.
  2. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery aligned with sprint and quarterly objectives.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate assessment concepts into actionable product specifications.
  4. Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout delivery.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product success, including technical, operational, or delivery challenges.
  6. Support discovery activities to validate user needs and refine solution designs.
  7. Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure solutions are usable, reliable, and fit for purpose.
  8. Define acceptance criteria and lead user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  9. Coordinate release readiness activities to support smooth deployment into production.
  10. Gather and synthesize user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Track feature-level performance metrics to enable data-driven iteration.
