Our product is used for database change automation, which syncs fluidly with DevOps and CICD pipelines.
Clients include brands like Apple, Walmart, and some of the biggest banks in the world.
We are profitable and doing around $16 million in ARR/year.
We have been in business for about 13 years and have around 100 employees.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring an Enterprise Account Executive experienced with:- Selling into enterprise accounts
- Selling a technical product into engineering
- Experience selling selling software related to DevOps, databases, etc. is a BIG plus!
We currently have 6 other enterprise AEs. Approximately 80% of our deals are done via leads and the other 20% are self sourced. Leads are kicked out in a round robin format.
Sales Numbers- Quota: $1.2MM/year
- Sales Cycle: approximately 4-6 months
- Deal Size: approximately $50k with some ranging into the high six figures
