Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
* Provide accurate and timely information regarding property listings, services, and general real estate queries.
* Professionally manage and resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
