About this opportunity
We are looking for a Remote Construction Engineer who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role works directly in Site construction and supervision as well in Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc. Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the Project OHS requirements.
What you will do
• Handle evidence in construction sites
• Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work orders and compensation
• Plan and follow up of quality assurances
You will bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil work, architecture or similar.
• Fluent English Speaking (Critical)
• Experience on RAN/RBS Installation on Field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating Crews on Field
• High Self Organization
• Availability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience on Site (RBS) Construction and deployment
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, Construction Drawings, Structural Analysis)
• Experience on Site Inspections or Audits.
